Required Documents for Registration
To ensure a smooth and well-organised registration process,
all applicants are required to prepare the following complete and valid documents.
Each document will be used for academic and financial verification purposes.
Copy of Identity Card
Certified copies of the student’s and parent’s / guardian’s identity cards issued by JPN.
Academic Results & Transcript
Certified copies of SPM / STPM / Diploma / Matriculation results from the relevant institutions.
Passport-Sized Photograph
Recent photograph with white background and full name written on the back of the photo.
Parental Income Verification
For employed parents: salary slip. For unemployed parents: verification from District Officer or Village Head.
Household Financial Assistance Statement
Supporting documents for financial aid received, if applicable.
PTPTN Application Documents
Including copies of IC, SSPN account, bank account details, email address and printed digital application.
Resume & Portfolio
Required only for applications to skill-based or experiential learning (PEL) programmes.
Registration Fee Payment Receipt
To be kept as official proof of payment and for administrative reference.
